Lifetime sound and product warranty ~ guaranteed

We construct our systems using 304 stainless steel, and paint with a high heat rated paint to ensure we have both a polished, finished product when it arrives, but so our systems will outlast the truck.  Our science and R & D has lead us to specific specs on material that we do not skimp on.  

This is for 2 reasons:  

1 - Sound.  

Sound travels and reverberates at different decibels based on how think or long something is.  Some folks like a loud sounding truck in their 20’s and realize with a baby on the way, a dumped budget system may not be great at nap time. No problem!

2 - Durability.  

Trucks get dirty, scratched and sometimes a little beat up when we are having fun or working hard.  We elected Stainless Steel 304 for the entire system construction so no matter what you are doing, going over or through, your exhaust can handle it.  Dented from rocks, no problem!

We don’t stop there.  People change, parking spots change, heck even the truck changes (mostly the case for the warranty).  So we have you completely covered.  Ship it back and we ship a new one*.

Warranty

We warranty the physical product and the sound. If for any reason you don’t like the sound of your exhaust system (for example; if it’s too loud, too quiet, too raspy, or anything else) we will replace the system. If the swap is for another system of equal value the swap is free of charge. If we swap it for a more expensive system you just have to pay the balance. This swap only applies if you send us back the system that you don’t like. You have to pay shipping for getting the old system back to us, and you have to pay shipping for getting the new system to you. 

We also warranty the physical product. The way the warranty is honored depends on how the product broke / defected. If the product breaks due to your negligence, we will fix or replace FREE. This includes everything possible. 

For example, if you go rock crawling and use our exhaust system as a skid plate and it cracks, it’s covered. If you jump your truck over your buddy’s truck and land on his truck Grave Digger style, it’s covered. Everything conceivable is covered. You just have to send back the old system and it’s covered. You will need to pay shipping to get the broken system to us. And pay shipping to get the repaired/new system back to you. 

Another way that we warranty the physical product would cover workmanship. If there is a missing weld, a cracked weld, a broken hanger, etc. it is covered. We will either repair or replace for free. This repair will take place at a local exhaust at My cost, or shipped back for BAmufflers to repair. If the repair is such that a local shop could make the repair, but there are none available, then the customer shall be responsible for shipping back to BAmufflers. If the repair is such that BAmufflers should do it, then BAmufflers shall pay return shipping only (back to customer after repair is performed) either way the customer is responsible for shipping the system to BAmufflers. 

These warranties only cover the product, no labor to install or remove product shall be covered. Repair or replace is at BAmufflers discretion. Local exhaust or send back to BAmufflers shall be at BAmufflers discretion. If local exhaust shop repairs costs are unreasonable the above shipping terms apply. What is considered unreasonable is at the sole discretion of BAmufflers.
