Orders may be canceled, adjusted, or otherwise changed with written requests prior to shipping. We are certainly understanding of plans changing; however due to the credit card fees, administrative time spent processing an order and a cancellation, plus the restocking fees we are charged by the manufacturers, we cannot waiver on this policy. Because of that, ALL CANCELLED ORDERS ARE SUBJECT TO A 25% RESTOCKING FEE REGARDLESS of when your item was ordered or the reason for order cancellation.
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
Returns that are not warranty exchanges need to be handled individually (case by case) since each item is 100% custom to your requests and vehicle specs. You will need to work directly with Dirty Deeds Industries Staff (primarily Keith Carty) to obtain how to return your item.

If for any reason your item does not fit, please contact us within 24 hours with photos so we may address. If you elect to have a third party install your item and it does not fit, please contact us. We are not responsible for any costs a customer incurs for installing, testing, altering, or otherwise.
We warranty the physical product and the sound. If for any reason you don’t like the sound of your exhaust system, for example; if it’s too loud, too quiet, or anything else. We will replace the system. If the swap is for another system of equal value the swap is free of charge. If we swap it for a more expensive system you just have to pay the balance. This swap only applies if you send us back the system that you don’t like. You have to pay shipping for getting the old system back to us, and you have to pay shipping for getting the new system to you. We also warranty the physical product. The way the warranty is honored depends on how the product broke. If the product breaks due to your negligence, we will fix or replace FREE. This includes everything possible. For example, if you go rock crawling and use our exhaust system as a skid plate and it cracks, it’s covered. If you jump your truck over your buddy’s truck and land on his truck Grave Digger style, it’s covered. Everything conceivable is covered. You just have to send back the old system and it’s covered. You will need to pay shipping to get the broken system to us. And pay shipping to get the repaired/new system back to you. Another way that we warranty the physical product would cover workmanship. If there is a missing weld, a cracked weld, a broken hanger, etc. It’s covered. We will either repair or replace for free. This repair shall take place at a local exhaust at My cost, or shipped back for BAmufflers to repair. These warranties only cover the product, no labor to install or remove product shall be covered. Repair or replace is at BAmufflers discretion.
Every exhaust system is built to order, please allow up to 30 days for standard systems and 6-8 weeks for race systems (subject to delays without notice) for a complete build and up to 2 days to package and ship out. Systems that were not charged shipping at the time of order will require shipping to be paid after built, packaged and weighed properly (this applied to systems that are palletized and freighted).
All exhaust deliveries to the lower 48 states will be made by FedEx Ground (unless palletized and freighted). Shipments going outside of the lower 48 states will be prepared using the most economical option (See below for more information on international shipping). We reserve the right to use any shipping provider we deem necessary without notice.
All online orders will charge for shipping at time of check out. All phone or emailed orders will charge for shipping at the time of processing the first payment. "Signature Required", "Insurance" or any other additional item/feature will not be automatically elected. A customer will have to directly request such items and pay the additional costs. Dirty Deeds Industries understands the current climate of package theft, porch pirates, etc. so to help with the matter, we have prepared tracking notifications to be emailed to you at various times of your shipments process. Once a shipment is received by FedEx or any other shipping provider, Dirty Deeds Industries is 100%, completely and fully removed from liability of the package and its delivery. Contact us to arrange shipping insurance if so desired.
Should damage, loss or stolen packages occur, it must be reported to Dirty Deeds Industries within 24 hours. Once we are provided details and pictures, we will file a claim with the carrier to determine any additional recourse; however we are not liable for the outcome deemed by the carrier. We specifically select tracking so we have a delivery confirmation. Once a delivery confirmation is obtained, Dirty Deeds Industries holds no liability for a lost package. Should a delivery not be received after a delivery confirmation is obtained, we suggest contacting your local police department to file a police report and see if any neighbors, have security camera footage to assist. We also suggest speaking to your driver to get further assistance.
Any items shipping outside the lower 48 states, shipping options displayed on this website are ESTIMATED ONLY. If this website is unable to automatically estimate shipping to your country, shipping will be estimated upon order receipt. Each customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs even after purchase is made. Contact us to arrange shipping insurance if so desired. Any taxes, duties, or short pays will be the responsibility of the customer and be paid directly to the shipping provider. If an item is retained by customs and is deemed undeliverable for any reason, Dirty Deeds Industries is not liable or responsible.
Drop Ship Items:
Dirty Deeds Industries does not stock any items we do not manufacture. Any item ordered that is not a Dirty Deeds Industries manufactured item, will be drop shipped from the manufacture or supplier. We are not responsible for the shipping, tracking or delivery. Should there be any issue with shipping, delivery, fitment or otherwise, please contact us with 24 hours. We will do our best to assist, but in some cases a customer will have to work directly with the supplier for assistance. Dirty Deeds Industries will determine that once initially contacted by the customer.
Please note: If a shipping address is unsuccessful we will reship to the billing address provided with original purchase. All attempts will be made with due diligence.
Every exhaust system or exhaust components are built to order, please allow up to 30 days (subject to delays without notice) for a complete build and up to 2 days to package and ship out. Purchase made to States with Restrictions:
Dirty Deeds Industries and its affiliates are not responsible for individual state compliance knowledge to any degree for suggesting, selling or otherwise implying items for your truck. We build, suggest and sell many items that in some states are deemed illegal or for off road use only. It is the buyer/purchaser's responsibility to know the regulations of their vehicle/state. If at any time Dirty Deeds Industries finds a particular item cannot be sold and shipped to you, a refund less credit card processing fees will occur, we will notify you, and your order will be cancelled. Should your order not be deemed compliant and your order is completely processed, you may opt for a refund after you return the product. Return shipping along with any fees including a restocking fee will be held from your refund.

Any items that are electronic or electrical are final sales and are not returnable for any reason. Any item where packaging has been opened or damaged for any reason are not returnable.
