Understand Before You Choose

The purpose of this page is to give 2022+ Tundra Owners the most extensive and inclusive exhaust options on Earth. This assures every single Tundra owner is able to gain horsepower and low end torque, all while making sure that their truck sounds exactly how they want it to.

Your build starts with the budget system, and each option that you add makes your truck sound more and more refined. Please read the description of each option before finalizing your build.  If you have any specific questions regarding a system or any option listed for a system, please feel free to call Keith directly @ 760-877-4234.

The most popular way to set up a street driven family truck is:  1. Budget slip on 2. Add 22x6 muffler.  3. Add 10x5 resonator.  4. Add Helmholtz resonator. 5. Add quarter wave acoustical stubbed resonator. This system brings a deep, clean mellow sound into the world and it has very little in cabin drone.  The system is designed and intended to be installed in your driveway without even needing a jack.  Just simple hand tools. And if you don’t want to cut your existing system to install this system, just add on a Y pipe as listed towards the bottom of this page.  (If your truck is a long bed you will need to add on an adapter as well).

Ordering is very simple, read the menu below with the full description of each option starting from the top and working your way down, choose the options you need based on your lifestyle and your use of the truck.  Use the 'Shop Our Store' links to lead you to the storefront and add items to your cart from there. Your system will be custom built for YOU, then packaged and shipped right to you via FedEx or UPS.  You simply remove it from the box and install it into your truck.

We have videos of most systems so that you get an idea of how the system sounds. We also have install (how to) videos of most systems.  If you want to kick around design ideas, or ask specific questions, once again, call Keith @ 760-877-4234.

While each system and any options chosen are warrantied for life, it’s worth noting that this warranty covers more than just the product.  Workmanship and parts are replaced or repaired if there are any issues.  Also covered is damage, whether it be from shipping or your use of the product. If anything happens to your system, ANYTIME, no matter how long it is on your truck, simply send it back and we will repair it for free.

Lesser known fact about our warranty is that the Sound is also covered.  If you order a system without a Helmholtz resonator for example, and you install it, then discover the drone is way more than you wanted.  Just send back the system, pay for a Helmholtz resonator, and we install it into your already built and previously installed system FOR FREE (customer pays shipping both ways).

We look forward to Building Your Custom Exhaust with you!

Custom Build 2022+

Custom Options List

Budget Slip On

The Budget Slip On is the foundation of every 2022+ Tundra exhaust system build. It is the start of your entire system, or it IS the entire system. If ordered and ran on your truck by itself, it is the most inexpensive ‘correct’ way to build a 22+ tundra exhaust if you’re still running catalytic converters.

Budget Slip On

350

By keeping all stock tubing dimensions in place you gain horsepower by getting rid of the stock muffler. The stock muffler is the restriction, not the stock tubing.  Most other exhaust systems use bigger than stock tubing and this loses low end torque and it causes the drone, which is inherent to ALL Tundras, to be worse.

Warning: if the Budget Slip On is ordered by itself you will receive a very very aggressive exhaust system.

Install Tips

Installation of the Budget Slip On is only a couple of steps.

1. Cut 1” in front of muffler

2. Unbolt tailpipe from muffler but let it hang in the truck

3.  Remove muffler from truck and slip the Budget System into stock hangers

4. Clamp budget system to existing tubing and bolt stock tailpipe to budget system   with provided clamp

It’s also relatively simple to reverse when the time comes to trade in or sell your truck

Muffler

Add a muffler to your budget system and you get rid of the v6 raspy sound. The size of the muffler determines how much sound the muffler removes and it determines the frequency you’ll hear when gunning it and when revving it. Adding a muffler does NOT do anything for the drone that a Tundra has. We have solutions for the different levels of drone further down this page.

Muffler 14x6

Add 250

The 14x6 muffler is still very aggressive and very loud. But the raspy sound a v6 tends to have when straight piped is gone.

Muffler 18x6

Add 250

The 18x6 is a step quieter and a step deeper in frequency, but is still very aggressive.

Muffler 22x6

Add 250

The 22x6 is still aggressive by itself. Add a resonator to the system and it’s smooth, deep, mellow.  Without a resonator it’s still a very clean, deep sound.  It’s also in the medium sound level range.

TIP: If you’re building the ultimate street/daily/family set up, you’ll want to use the 22x6, with a 10x5 resonator, a Helmholtz resonator, and a quarter wave acoustical stubbed resonator. This is by far the most popular option.

Resonator

The Resonator's job is to slightly quiet the exhaust and absorb even more of the high pitch frequencies.

Resonator 10x5

Add 200

The 10x5 resonator is basically another muffler.  It’s smaller in diameter and smaller in length.  It’s job is to slightly quiet the exhaust and absorb even more of the high pitch frequencies.

If you’re building the ultimate daily/family vehicle exhaust, you’ll want to add this option to your build.

Helmholtz Resonator

The Helmholtz resonator option is unique to Tundras. No other company on Earth offers this option for your truck. The stock muffler is designed to remove the 90-110hz drone that the engine produces at very low rpm and speed.

Helmholtz Resonator

Add 200

Your 22+ Tundra was designed by Toyota to keep the rpm extremely low when wheel speed is low (10-30mph). This low rpm and load range causes a very deep moan to occur which can only be removed with a mathematical equation.  No other muffler besides stock cancels out this frequency.  Our external mathematical equation (Helmholtz Resonator) is the only one produced to kill the drone in this range besides stock.

Suited for the ultimate daily/family vehicle performance exhaust.

Budget Bolt On; Y-Pipes, and Adapters

Prefer a Bolt On System?

Y-Pipe

500

Add Y-pipe to any of the above to make it a full Bolt -On System.

Adapter

100

Add Adapter for Y-pipe if truck is LongBed
